CQB Hell Allik Boss Guide

Allik is one of the named boss threats players search for in CQB Hell. This page assumes you already understand basic clearing from How to Play and survival from Survive CQB. If you arrive to Allik with empty medkits and shaky doorway habits, fix those first via Map Clearing and the broader Bosses hub.

Fight identity

Allik fights feel like a stretched CQB problem: sustained pressure, less downtime, and harsh punishment for reloading in public. You are not solving a spreadsheet. You are solving angles, timing, and composure while aggressive AI rules still apply around the arena edges.

Bring a firearm tempo you can actually hit under stress. Community sandbox language still helps: Musket for committed picks between cover cycles, D-44 Carbine for controlled mid-range strings, G19B when the arena collapses into tight space. Switch only with intent—panic swaps waste the magazine that would have covered your exit.

Preparation before the door

1. Inventory check: medkits reserved, grenades reserved for real windows.
2. Mental map: first peek tile, reload tile, heal tile.
3. Warmup: a few minutes on the Shooting Range if your aim is cold.
4. Plan B: if the first angle is contested, which rotate path do you take?

Opening the encounter

Slice into the boss space. Do not full-sprint a blind center challenge unless you already own the info. Take the first shots from a frame you can reverse out of. If Allik or supporting pressure owns your line, break contact early—early pride deaths are the most common wipe story.

Use a grenade only when it buys a plant window or interrupts a stack you cannot swing fairly. A vanity nade that reveals you without value is a gift to the fight’s pressure curve.

Mid-fight loop

The winning loop looks boring on purpose:

• Chip from cover
• Displace before the counter-swing lands
• Reload only when masked
• Heal only when sight is broken
• Re-enter on a chosen angle, not the same burnt pixel every time

If you favor Musket, your loop is even stricter: land the shot, disappear, reload, reappear. Carbine loops allow more active strings but still need cover punctuation. Handgun loops accept closer distance but demand constant feet.

Failure patterns unique to Allik attempts

• Tunnel vision on the boss silhouette while a secondary angle deletes you
• Healing at the same crate every time until the pattern is readable
• Emptying utilities on the opener, then playing the long fight broke
• Chasing damage during a lost swing instead of resetting

Team notes for online sessions

If teammates are present, stagger peeks so someone is always ready while another reloads. Call (or simply demonstrate) which side you own. Do not stack the same doorway; aggressive pressure loves clustered hitboxes. If teammates go down, decide quickly whether a hero revive path is real cover or a second death.

After the win or wipe

Win: note which angle actually worked and which gun tempo felt honest. Wipe: write one sentence—“died reloading,” “died greedy swing,” “died empty kit”—then open the matching sibling guide from the Guides Hub. Repeat attempts without diagnosis only teach the boss your habits.

Allik is beatable when you treat the fight like advanced CQB, not like a cinematic you must out-DPS. Stay patient, stay masked when vulnerable, and spend resources like they matter—because they do.
